The townhouse apartment, accommodating up to 6 guests, is ideal for a large group or a family. This sea-shore holiday home is exceptionally well-served and is located on the ecological Albarella Island. It also features a balcony and has air conditioning. The first-floor apartment promises a comfortable stay as it has a kitchenette featuring a cooker hob, a dishwasher, oven and a fridge with a freezer.
Guests have access to the wonderful Pool Park of the Island with an Olympic-size pool featuring an underwater window, and three other pools with exciting additions like nozzles with water jets, a children’s slide, a sloping bottom, and a water fountain. Located in the engaging Centro Sportivo which also has an equipped beach with sunbeds, deck chairs, etc., the bean pool in the pool park is also where water gym sessions are led by the island’s leisure team. When done with the vacation activities, guests would certainly be pleased to find a Chiringuito Kiosk on the beach, serving cold platters, pizzas, cocktails, and long drinks!
Supporting the island’s ecological tourism is its approach to various activities on the island located in the heart of Po Delta National Park. Here, one can immerse in nature whilst bird watching from the two turrets on the Island.
An entertainment team is also present to ensure that guests of all age groups have a great experience.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: A cosy bedroom with balcony access, a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
Two guests can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.

There are two modern bathrooms in the apartment. Each one has a shower, a bidet and a WC.

Location
The apartment has shops and a supermarket at 500 metres distance, while the tennis court is located at 2 kilometres. There are three different restaurants on the island that serve cuisines ranging from Italian and Veneto to various seafood specialities. The maritime island, a natural oasis connected to the mainland via a bridge, is accessed through a regulated pass.
A golf club and the Albarella Adventure Park on the island add to its various other amenities and activities. In the pool park, there is also a dedicated area where children’s games are conducted and the beach also has volleyball, soccer, and tennis. The island, also a UNESCO heritage site, is one of the most scenic and well-maintained destinations on the Adriatic coast. It is covered by Mediterranean scrubland and is located between the Po Delta Lagoon and the Adriatic sea, thus offering beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The closest airport is the Marco Polo International Airport about 70 kilometres from the Island.
